The services are provided for entertainment purposes. It is understood that any Service Users accessing Lilac Holistics website, Facebook page, entering or using the Lilac Holistics premises and facilities do so at their own risk, they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of this disclaimer plus any relevant terms and conditions displayed within the website, Facebook page, at premises or delivered verbally.
Service Users accessing this website, using or reviewing the services offered do so on the understanding that any complementary therapy treatment provided by Lilacs Holistics is not a substitute for a medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment by a qualified medical practitioner.
By accepting or using the services provided within this website, or on the Facebook page via Lilacs Holistic you agree to and confirm you understand that it is recommended you seek such a practitioner for any physical or psychological problem you have now or in the future.
Service Users agreeing to use Lilac Holistics services also agree to provide details in line with the service requirements and confirm that all the details provided are true and accurate.
Service users agree to release Tracey Gee from any and all liability resulting from the use of equipment, materials, preparations, remedies or treatments and assume personal full responsibility for all risks in connection with any services provided, including but no limited to products, treatments, spiritual engagement (readings etc), workshops, circles and training.
Service Users confirm they are of lawful age (Over 18 years of age or over 16 years of age with parental permission) and fully understand the contents of this document.
Service Users understand that their place on any workshop or training package or circle will only be reserved once a non-refundable deposit has been received. Refund of any deposit will only be provided if the workshop, training package or circle is closed or cancelled by Lilacs Holistics, or through a change in government legislation.
Data Protection Act
Under the Data Protection Act Service Users are required to provide written consent for Lilacs Holistics to store personal data and information on our database. The information stored will be relevant, accurate and current. Data held by Lilacs Holistics will only be used to contact Service Users in relation to appointments, treatments, newsletters, workshops, training, groups and special offers. Any contact made will be by telephone, e-mail or post. Personal data will not be passed to any third parties.
Through signing up to or requesting/ agreeing to receive treatment from Lilac Holistics, Service Users give permission for their details to be stored as detailed on Lilacs Holistics database and give permission to be contacted by e-mail in relation to appointments, treatments, newsletters, workshops, training, groups and special offers.

All Holistic Therapies (including but not limited to Spiritual training, a, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Spiritual Healing, Chakra Balancing, Intuitive Card Readings, Psychic and Mediumistic readings, teaching and training workshops and circles), services and any communications via telephone, email or otherwise, deliverd by Lilacs Holistics for wellbeing, learning or otherwise, as well as information on the Lilacs Holistics website and Facebook page are intended to support individuals identify the areas in life and in personal thinking that may be blocking their ability to progress.
However, Spiritual Coaching, Reiki, and all therapies are not professional mental health care or medical care. If you feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek the help you need in the form of a Medical Professional / GP.
The Holistic Therapies provided by Lilac Holistics may augment current, existing or future therapy, but the work of these therapies is intended to complement and support professional medical and mental health care.
By purchasing our holistic therapy services from Lilac Holistics, Service Users confirm that they have read and agreed to each statement and that they wish to proceed. By receiving any services provided by Lilacs Holistics, Service Users agree to the following statement:
I understand that the Holistic Therapy services I will be receiving from Lilacs Holistics are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that Lilacs Holistics is not acting as a mental health counsellor or medical professional. I understand that these holistic therapies are at present an unregulated therapy and Lilacs Holistics is not licensed by any internationally recognised regulator. I also understand that for all legal purposes, the services provided by Lilac Holistics will be considered to be provided from the United Kingdom. I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my therapy & coaching sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions. I understand that holistic therapies are not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
Disclaimer & Waiver
Service Users confirm they understand that all comments and ideas offered by any coach / holistic therapist from Lilac Holistics are solely for the purpose of aiding the Service User in achieving defined goals. Service Users confirm they have the ability to give their informed consent, and hereby give such consent to the coach/ therapist from Lilacs Holistics to assist in achieving such goals and aims. Service Users confirm they understand that to the extent our work together involves personal, career or business, any coach / therapist from Lilacs Holistics is not promising outcomes included but not limited to increased clientele, profitability, health and or business success. Service Users understand that all therapies and services are open to interpretation and there is no promise or guarantee that any service will deliver in line with preconceived expectations.
Service Users accept any coach / therapist from Lilacs Holistics will protect personal data and associated information as confidential unless otherwise stated in writing. All personal data will be retained in line with GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - If for any reason there is a perception of disclosure or admission of child, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm the Service User or someone else, confidentiality cannot be assured and any necessary actions will be taken. Therefore the confidentiality agreement will be limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if a coach / therapist from Lilac Hoistics is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, they will do so to the extent of the law as required legally.
Service Users understand that the use of technology is not always secure and accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype, Zoom, facetime and any other technology. Service Users hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge the coach / therapist and Lilac Holistics , any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages they may claim to have or that they may have arising out of acts or omissions by Tracey Gee or by any coach / therapist and Lilacs Holistics as a result of the advice given by any coach / therapist at Lilac Holistics or otherwise resulting from the therapist / coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.
Service Users further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made in persuasion of signing this agreement. This agreement shall bind Service User heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
